LEX UOMO Membership Plan

1) Qualifying for Membership in the Sweaters and knitwear Lex Uomo Shop
Regular members can quality for VIP membership through the following methods:
– Regular members who make a one-time purchase of clothes in excess of 1,000 RMB will receive a one-year VIP membership.
– Regular members who make cumulative purchases of clothes in excess of 3,000 RMB will receive a one-year VIP membership.
– Other special offers and programs, good for one year.

2) Shop Membership Benefits:
VIP members of the shop enjoy a 10% discount off the regular price of all products, including sweaters, knitwear and jackets (excluding those marked specially).
VIP members may attend all <LEX UOMO Shop brand events free of charge.

3) VIP Membership Extension
Extending VIP Membership:
VIP members who make cumulative purchases in excess of 3,000 RMB during the year (the period of VIP membership) following their initial qualification for VIP membership will automatically have their membership extended for another year past the time at which it would normally expire.

Exception Clauses

Thank you very much for your interest in LEX UOMO's membership plan. The above statements and conditions, including any relevant statements or conditions in sales material related to this plan, form a complete institutional agreement between LEX UOMO and members of this plan. If you make use of LEX UOMO's membership plan, you have entered into this agreement and accepted its terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please note that your use of LEX UOMO's website and your qualification for membership are bound by the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements as they are regularly updated on our website; please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Modifications to the Agreement

LEX UOMO may, without prior notification, make modifications to these terms, to any other of LEX UOMO's terms and conditions, or to your qualification for our membership plan. All changes to these conditions will be contained within the updated conditions. Should any modification be invalidated, discarded or found to be impracticable for any reason, those modifications shall be invalidated individually, and shall not affect the validity or implementation of any other modification or condition. Your continued patronage of LEX UOMO following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of said modifications.

Termination

LEX UOMO may, without prior notification, terminate all or part of the membership plan, or the membership qualification of any particular member. Though LEX UOMO has made no strict demand that you adhere to our terms and conditions, this shall not constitute the relinquishment of any rights belonging to LEX UOMO. If your customer account with LEX UOMO is closed, you will no longer be considered a member. You may make no complaints or claims against LEX UOMO because of this loss.

Limits of Responsibility

Except for the limits and exceptions set forth in the terms and conditions of LEX UOMO itself, and within the limits established by China's laws and regulations, LEX UOMO and the management, salespeople, agents or other representatives of LEX UOMO will under no circumstances be held responsible for any direct, indirect, extraordinary, secondary, consequent or punitive losses, or losses of any other kind. The full extent of LEX UOMO's responsibility, be it in regard to contracts, guarantees, tort (including negligence) or some other form of responsibility, shall in no case exceed the price of the goods you have purchased, or related damages. The limitations and negations of this responsibility shall be exercised to the greatest extent allowed by the law, and will remain in effect following the revocation or termination of your membership qualification.
